Moneybags

Sometimes Norman just cracks me up! He had a gift certificate to Nordstrom so he comes home with a few new pairs of shorts and this T shirt:Who knew how prophetic this T shirt would prove to be.  Our house was hit by lightening on Friday evening.   The  hit burned out a lot of stuff including our TV, dishwasher and router, and then impacted our air conditioning, sprinkler system, hot water heater and electrical system. A lot of this has been fixed, most importantly the air conditioning, but we are still dealing with all the paperwork for the homeowner’s claim we filed.  At least no one got hurt and our house is still standing!   Life sure does feel like a game of monopoly sometimes.
